Shipping Policy

Where we ship

BATTAN currently ships to France, the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden), and the United Kingdom. We're a small, growing brand — additional countries will be added over time.

Shipping rates and delivery times

All orders are delivered within an estimated 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs processing or the carrier are outside our control, though we're always here to help if something seems off — contact us at contact@battan.fr.

Order processing

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking information as soon as your order ships. All orders are handled with care — from print to package.

Customs and import charges — United Kingdom

For most UK orders, no additional charges apply on delivery. However, for larger orders (typically multiple items in a single order, valued at £135 or more) fulfilled from outside the UK, import VAT and customs duties may be collected directly by the courier upon delivery, in accordance with UK customs regulations. This is separate from anything charged at checkout and is determined by UK Customs, not by BATTAN.

Lost or damaged in transit

Risk of loss or damage to your order transfers to you only upon actual delivery — not upon handover to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@battan.fr and we'll make it right.
